WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In general, you have 7 days from receiving the item(s) to return your order as long as:
All items are present and included. In the example of the models, the aircraft and the base plate are present.
Item is damaged as a direct result of shipping.
The item in question is NOT a custom made shadow model with tail number and custom base plate. Custom orders are non-refundable.
MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT, WHAT DO IÂ DO?
If a part or two has come detached during shipping, they can simply be glued back on. However, if your model is damaged, please take as many pictures of the outside of the box as well as the model as possible and e-mail to support@latteonalog.com. Afterwards, we will work with you to ship the item back for repair or replacement at no charge to you.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept credit/debit card and paypal.
WHEN WILLÂ I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?
Our wood products are painstakingly hand made in the United States in my wood shop while my wife watches and drinks lemonade. Due to weather constraints on the fabrication of wood parts, delays in fabrication times will be posted on the product page so you know before you buy. In general, allow for 5-7 business days for shipping wood models, and 3-5 days for pins to arrive once they have been shipped.
CUSTOM ORDERS?
Of course we do custom orders! Is there a version of the Shadow you want but don't see like the RQ-7A or legacy wing? Don't worry we can make that too! Want a bulk order discount!? It may be workable. Please contact us for anything questions you may have!
DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?

DO YOU SHIP TO APO?
Yes! We ship to APO, just input your APO shipping address at check out! Be advised that it is difficult to predict shipping times for APO as it is in the hands of the military at that point and deliver times can vary.
